The company has the qualification to design and manufacture A2 level pressure vessels, mainly engaged in the design and manufacture of (A2) I, II, III low and medium pressure vessels in industries such as petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, and distillery. The tower equipment processed by our company has a maximum diameter of 8200 and a height of 52m. The maximum diameter of the horizontal storage tank is 6500, the maximum diameter of the heat exchanger is 5400, and the maximum diameter of the stirred tank is 3600. Various high-pressure equipment such as ammonia synthesis towers, separators, buffers, heat exchangers, and multi-layer packaging equipment are made of alloy materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, titanium, nickel, aluminum, and composite materials. The varieties involve various specifications of heat exchangers, separators, reactors, large towers, filters, etc.

 
The company has a high impact especially in the field of caprolactam and hydrogen peroxide engineering. Since 1992, the company has been carrying out technology transfer, equipment design and manufacturing processing of 3 to 4 sets of hydrogen peroxide projects every year, and has the main tower equipment manufacturing of hydrogen peroxide. The whole set of mature experience and processing team,  and the products sell well at home and abroad. Domestic caprolactam project, Baling Petrochemical, Shandong Haili, Jiangsu Haili, Shandong Dongju, Inner Mongolia Qinghua, China Tianchen Engineering Co., Ltd. and other projects are involved in non-standard equipment manufacturing. In order to seek greater development, the company has acquired 61,500 m2 of land in the Yizheng Industrial Park (5 km west of Runyang Bridge and along the highway of the Yangtze River), and built a modern rivet welding workshop of 18,000 m2 and a modern office building of more than 3,000 m2.
