Turning off the pumps prematurely will cause localized overheating of the unit to melt and rupture. Putting inappropriate feedstock into the wrong feedstock causes thermal cracking and bursting during the purchase process.

3、The pressure and temperature of the jacket or inner tank need to rise and fall slowly to avoid expansion of the inner wall caused by the cold and heat shock of the stainless steel reactor, and it is strictly forbidden to approach or exceed the ultra-high allowable working pressure and ultra-high allowable working temperature of the equipment.
4, when the discharge outlet is blocked by viscous substances, it is prohibited to open with metal tools to avoid damage to the inner wall.
5、After the discharge is completed, the material attached to the stainless steel reactor should be cleaned, while paying attention to the temperature change.
